Plans and scope

Site Built designs, builds and manages websites for construction businesses. Each plan covers one business website with an initial build of up to 15 pages, responsive design, initial copy prepared from the information you supply, and Webflow hosting. Your domain registration, business email, paid advertising and third-party subscriptions are separate unless we include them in writing.

Website is $99 CAD per month. Managed is $299 CAD per month and adds unlimited website requests, content management and ongoing SEO. Complete is $1,299 CAD per month and adds a dedicated account manager and the monthly filming package described below. Online stores, custom applications, additional websites and major platform migrations require a separate scope and price.

Billing and taxes

Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance through Stripe, starting on the date of your first payment. Website has an initial minimum of 12 payments, totalling $1,188 CAD. Managed has an initial minimum of 12 payments, totalling $3,588 CAD. These totals exclude any applicable tax and separately approved extras. Complete has no minimum term beyond the current paid month.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any applicable tax is shown before payment. We do not add travel, software or other extra charges without your prior approval. The monthly price is fixed during an initial 12-month term. Any later price change requires at least 30 days’ written notice and takes effect on a renewal date, so you can cancel first.

Renewal, cancellation and plan changes

Website and Managed continue month to month after the initial 12 months; they do not renew into another annual commitment. Email reuben@d25works.com to cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the initial term or the current paid billing month, whichever is later. Complete can be cancelled before its next renewal and ends at the close of the current paid month. There is no additional notice period or cancellation fee.

If you choose to leave Website or Managed early after work has begun, the unpaid monthly fees for the initial term remain due. You can continue paying on the original monthly schedule with service available, or settle the balance for an earlier handover. The refund and non-delivery provisions below still apply. An upgrade does not automatically restart or erase an existing commitment; we confirm any plan change and its effect on the term in writing before applying it.

Website ownership and handover

You own your domain and all materials you provide at all times. Once all 12 initial payments for Website or Managed are paid, you own the bespoke website design and copy we created for you. With Complete, ownership of those deliverables transfers when the relevant paid work is delivered; there is no 12-month ownership condition or website buyout. You also own the final edited photographs and videos delivered for paid shoots.

One standard transfer to your own Webflow account, together with the final assets we created, is included at no extra charge once any due balance is settled. We arrange the handover within 10 business days of receiving your transfer details and coordinate it before hosting ends. After the paid service period, you pay Webflow hosting and any other subscriptions directly. Our reusable tools and third-party fonts, stock assets, music and software retain their own ownership and licence terms. We identify any replacement licences you need.

A Webflow transfer preserves the native website. Moving to another platform is a separate migration; a static code export does not preserve all CMS, form or search features. If you cancel and do not arrange continuing hosting, the website will go offline after the paid period. We keep the project available for handover for 90 days after service ends and send notice before deleting our working copy.

Getting started and seven-day delivery

After payment, complete the intake form and provide your logo, project information, authorised images and the agreed access. We check the handover within one business day and email your build-start and delivery dates. You can then request a 15-minute V1 review call for at least seven calendar days after the confirmed build-start date. We approve the booking after checking readiness.

The seven-calendar-day clock starts once payment, the intake form and the agreed content and access are complete. A meeting is not required before the build begins. Delivery means a working, review-ready version of the agreed website; the review call takes place afterward. Public launch follows your approval and domain connection, rather than automatically seven days after checkout. A booked shoot is scheduled separately and does not hold up the first version unless you ask us to wait for that footage.

If a missing approval, new requirement or access problem blocks the build, we tell you promptly and agree the revised date. Website includes two consolidated rounds of revisions to the agreed initial design, requested within 14 days of the first version. Managed and Complete revisions continue through the unlimited request queue. We fix defects in our delivered work without an edit fee.

Unlimited requests and turnaround

Managed and Complete allow unlimited requests and revisions for your existing website, including copy, project updates, new pages, imagery, design changes and SEO improvements. Send requests to reuben@d25works.com with the page, desired change and any supporting material. You choose the priority order. We work on one production request at a time for your account, and move to the next when the current request is completed or awaiting your feedback.

We acknowledge requests within one business day. Straightforward text or image changes normally take up to two business days after becoming the active request and after we have the necessary information. New pages, longer articles, broader design changes and technical SEO work receive an agreed estimate before work starts. Unlimited describes how many requests you can submit, not simultaneous delivery or a guaranteed daily volume.

We do not charge by request within the plan. Separate websites, a complete rebrand, custom software, paid advertising and additional filming are outside this allowance and are quoted before work begins. Website subscribers can request paid changes separately. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario public holidays.

Content and ongoing SEO

On Managed and Complete, we review your website’s SEO each month, set content priorities and work on page structure, metadata, internal links, technical issues and relevant service, project or article content. Production work follows the same prioritised request queue; we agree what is being worked on and report what was completed.

You approve business facts, claims and content before publication. Search visibility develops over time and depends on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Paid ads, paid placements and third-party SEO subscriptions are not included unless agreed separately.

Complete: your monthly shoot

Complete includes one planned on-site visit per paid billing month, with up to four hours on site at one agreed location, carried out by our in-house team. The four hours include setup and site induction. We agree a practical shot list covering your project, people and work in progress.

Each completed shoot includes one edited 45–60-second project film, three short cutdowns and 15 edited photographs, plus one consolidated round of editing revisions. We deliver the first edits within 10 business days of the shoot and the revision within five business days of receiving your consolidated feedback. These edits are handled separately from the website request queue.

Raw footage, editable production files, actors, specialist equipment, drone filming and extended interviews are not included unless agreed in writing. We supply final files suitable for your website and your own marketing; any licensed music or stock elements remain subject to the licence supplied.

Travel and booking shoots

Road travel to a site within 50 km by road of 1100 King Street West, Toronto is included. Work elsewhere in Canada is available by arrangement. Travel time, transport, accommodation and any required location or permit costs outside that allowance are quoted separately and must be approved before you buy Complete or confirm an additional shoot. There are no automatic travel surcharges.

For a location outside the included area, contact us before checkout so we can confirm crew availability, the travel quote and a realistic date. We aim to schedule the first shoot within 30 days of the confirmed build-start date, subject to agreed access and availability. If our earliest available date falls after a paid billing month, that month’s paid visit is preserved, including after cancellation; you may instead request its refund if we cannot agree a suitable date. If we cannot cover your location or agree travel before work starts, you may choose another plan or receive a full refund.

Shoot changes and unused visits

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a shoot. A cancellation with less notice, or a site we cannot access at the booked time, uses that month’s visit unless we agree otherwise. Unsafe weather, unsafe site conditions or a cancellation by our team are rescheduled without losing the visit. We discuss any non-recoverable, pre-approved third-party travel costs before rebooking.

One unused monthly visit can carry into the immediately following paid month, with a maximum of one visit carried forward. It expires after that month and has no cash value. Unused visits expire when the subscription ends, except a visit we cancelled or could not deliver: we arrange the visit or refund its undelivered portion. We still deliver edits for shoots already completed and paid for, even if your subscription ends.

Refunds and service problems

You can cancel for a full refund before project work begins, with no remaining commitment. We confirm the start of work by email. Once work starts, payments for completed work and used service periods are not normally refundable, and the initial commitment still applies. Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected.

If we cannot deliver an agreed service, we offer a revised plan or refund the prepaid, undelivered portion. For this calculation, Complete allocates $299 CAD to monthly website and management services and $1,000 CAD to the monthly shoot package, including capture and final edits. A shoot package we cannot deliver is refunded at $1,000 CAD. Refunds for unused recurring service are prorated by the unused calendar days in that paid billing period, together with any tax charged on the refunded amount.

If we miss the confirmed first-version date for reasons within our control, you can accept a new date or cancel before receiving that version for a refund of the initial payment with no remaining commitment.

For another material service failure, tell us in writing and allow 10 business days to put it right. If we cannot, you can end the affected service without further commitment and receive a refund for its unused prepaid portion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank’s processing time may vary. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Permissions, access and service continuity

You confirm that you may use and share the logos, project details, images and other material supplied to us. For filming, you arrange site access, necessary permissions from the site or property owner, and permission from identifiable people being filmed. Tell us about confidentiality, induction, PPE and safety requirements before the visit. Our team may stop work if conditions are unsafe.

We use your content only to deliver your services and ask before using your company name, logo or project work in our own marketing. Share access through invitations or a secure method we agree, rather than sending passwords by email or through the onboarding form.

If a payment fails, we contact you and allow seven calendar days to resolve it before pausing service. We give notice before a payment-related hosting suspension and do not delete your project simply because one payment fails. Hosting and other third-party systems can experience outages; we investigate problems within our control and keep you informed.

Contact and changes to these terms

Contact Site Built at reuben@d25works.com or 1100 King Street West, Toronto, Canada. We aim to respond within one business day. These terms describe our business-to-business services and are read alongside the plan and any specific written scope agreed with you. A specific written agreement takes priority where it differs.

We give at least 30 days’ written notice of material changes to an ongoing service. We do not retrospectively change the agreed initial price, ownership rights or commitment. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern the agreement, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply.
